Celebrating Acute Medicine Week (15th - 21st September 2025)

Celebrating Acute Medicine Week (CAMW) is coming soon and this year there is an extra reason to celebrate as the Speciality of Acute Medicine is 25 years old. The speciality has expanded and there are so many exciting facets including point of care ultrasound.  We want to highlight the amazing work being done by Acute Medical Units which are helping Acute Medicine Flourish on the Frontline across the UK.  CAMW is an opportunity for us all to celebrate the colleagues, ideas and innovations that make Acute Medicine special. 

 

This years theme is wellbeing and we want to make sure everyone has the support they need. Please share wellbeing tips through our social media networks using #CAMW25 and #flourishonthefrontline. Watch out for the wellbleing blog that will be out soon.
