I am really excited to be part of the TakeAIM Fellowship, it is a fantastic opportunity to connect with others who share a passion for acute medicine and to help inspire more trainees to consider it as a career. Outside of work, life is just as busy! I am a mum of two, which keeps me on my toes, and I love travelling and exploring new places whenever I can. I am also an exercise enthusiast ,it is my way to recharge and find balance amid the demands of work and family life.

Outside of work, I am a dad of three, training to get my private pilot licence and dedicated to supporting wildlife conservation efforts in Southern Africa.

Alongside some bright other fellows, you will see the enthusiasm we have for this dynamic and broad speciality that offers something for pretty much every doctor. Outside of work: keen to be active through gym, squash and footy just to name a few

I’m deeply passionate about AIM and have been convincing trainees to discover the excitement and diversity the specialty offers. Outside of work I love playing cricket (if I get time). Always keen to explore new cultures and connect with people around the world. My long term goal is to help introduce and promote AIM internationally extending the UK’s model of high quality, patient focused acute care to new settings.
